These articles may be amended by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members in attendance at a general meeting, providing the proposed amendments are submitted in writing to the general membership at least thirty days prior to that general meeting. Alteration of the Faculty Association’s affiliations may be made through an affirmative vote of three-quarters of the members in attendance at a general meeting, providing that the proposed alteration of affiliation has been submitted to the general membership at least thirty days prior to that general meeting.
